hey, just wondering if in the IRP we are allowed to talk with like "i" etc... like or is it all kind of objective type thing???

objective
its a good skill to get into.. you tend to not be able to do it anywhere (for example for uni im doing a reflective journal and i have to talk in 3rd person, and an assignment where i compare myself at the age of 11 to another child i had to constantly say my name when talking about myself). when you say i it automatically indicates bias... even if you dont mean it that way.
it isnt very hard to change something though.. ill give some examples

i think that.. >> it can be seen that..
i have researched that.. >> research shows..
