I have a legal assessment and is really confused.

Basically we need to state what legal measures have been taken to address a current criminal justice issues and examine the effectiveness of it.

I chose overpolicing of the aboriginal community and i was wondering if the legislation to contorl this matter would be the racial discrimination act and the anti-discrimination act??

But then, would the overpolciing of aboriginals be a recent criminal justice issue? (within the last few years)
