the marks we recieved for each of our subjects, are they raw marks or scaled? and if they are scaled is there anymore scaling or calculations through rankings left to do to obtain our final atar?

The marks you received yesterday had been aligned. These marks are not used in the calculation of the ATAR. Note that aligning is different from scaling.

UAC go back to your raw marks and apply the scaling process to determine your ATAR.
