what the fuck? eggs dont have high cholesterol??? eggs reduce ur cholesterol.

it was in that show, Whats Good For You, with the woman from the Natures Own ad, they tested it out.

First the dude didnt eat any eggs for a week, then they measured his cholesterol level, which was low coz he didnt have any cholesterol problems.

Then he ate like 3 eggs a day for a week, and afterwards his cholesterol level was so low the machine couldnt read it.

eggs being bad for cholesterol is just a myth ppl.
