I am Shanil Lal and graduated from high school in 2007. I achieved a UAI (the then equivalent of the current ATAR) of 96.00 with the following subjects and results:
I am currently an ex-PwC cadet in my fourth year studying my B Business (Finance major) B Law double degree UTS. I currently tutor numerous B Business core and Finance major subjects around my full-time university schedule. After having provided tuition to two neighbours in Preliminary and HSC Business Studies and Economics (and successfully so), I thought it would be a good idea for me to branch out to the HSC public. So what's on offer? I am more than proficient in providing Preliminary and HSC Business Studies and Economics tuition services, as well as Mathematics tuition (the bulk of my Finance major involved purely mathematical curricula).
In my experience, the HSC provides a good basis on which you can leap into your careers or the next level of education whether it be at a college, TAFE, or university. If you have the right mindset and are willing and do contribute towards your work, you will succeed. Being a fairly mediocre student post-SC, I'm a firm believer that you will get out what you put into the HSC - it's really that simple.
I render my services mono-e-mono on an hourly basis at $25 per hour or $15 per hour per person for groups of 3 or more. Services are provided at your home or at a neutral location. I am located in Sydney's west (Horsley Park, Wetherill Park, Smithfield and can travel to close-by surrounding areas. If you are unsure, shoot through an email and I will let you know). I am also available to tutor further out west in Penrith and surrounding areas (family business is based in Penrith). My preferable timetable with you will involve being at least one week ahead of where your class is, so you will only be refining your knowledge second time round (my own HSC method in 2007).
Notes? I can provide you with the cream of the cream of notes (state ranking students) from recent HSC years provided by a friend's new business called HSC Study Buddy (check it out!).
If you would like 2012 to be your year to succeed and build the foundation off which you jump to the next level, please do not hesitate to contact me at shanil86@gmail.com and I will reply as soon as possible.
I wish you the best of luck for your HSC and look forward to hearing from you soon.
