Need to help a family friend of mine (1 Viewer)

I have a family friend who is in the same course and same campus (B Bus (Accounting) @ Blacktown) as me.

It is hard for him to go on the net at his house because he is on dial up and only has a 28 or 56K modem.

Anyway, because of this, i log into his account myself to check up on his details (of course he gave me permission). I just logged onto his account. He has the correct number of units showing (8), but one of them, which is Management Foundations, is supposed to be under Spring and not Autumn.

Should i tell my friend to send in the program variation form again? What should he do?

It might be a mistake from them because after he came over to my place to send the program variation form by fax to confirm his units, the correct units in their correct places were shown a few days later on his account details.

So I'm hoping its just an error from the uni which will be fixed up soon.
