do any of you know a good recipe out there thats easy to make, can be cooked in less than 25 minutes, and the main ingredient is egg?

i need it for my food tech prac, which is on monday.

I really would help, but basically all my attempts at cooking end in disaster.

maybe try an ommelette? they taste gross but the look easy to make.
