of course i used my textbook.. i jus dont understand whats in the textbook..
i got the jacaranda, excel and macmillan and some notes...and i'm like wtf??

It might be easier to provide you with help if you specifically told us what you couldn't understand from the textbook.

Ground based astronomy has enhanced our ability to understand the skys, and work out was is going on outside our solar system. HR diagram etc. all came from ground based astronomy initially.

The problems involve the distortion from the atmosphere, as well as the radiation from the sun (???). outer orbit telescopes helps us to get over these problems, and see deeper into space than we ever did before
