Find the volume of the solid generated when the given curve is rotated about the x-axis:
y = cosπx between x = 0 and x = 1

where that 'n' symbol is pi.

Presumably, you are accelerating in maths. So what do you already know and what don't you know about how to do this question? Which part of this question is giving you a problem?

ya but wouldnt differentiating sin(2pi * x) give 2pi* cos(2pi*x)??

so why didnt you factor out a 1/2pi to elimante those constants?

boiiiizzz okay here we goo000o0o

::::

Find the volume of the solid generated when the given curve is rotated about the x-axis
y = cot ((π/2)*x) between x = 1/2
and x = 1,

bounds and stuff have been pentachecked so there is no mistake on my behalf.

answer is weird as heck:

1/2(4-pi)units cubed

i got 2+pi/2

halp plox thx360noscopebai
