My predictions:

East First round

Cleveland 4-0 Defeats Chicago

Boston 4-1 Defeats Detriot

Orlando 4-0 Defeats Philadelphia

Atlanta 4-3 Defeats Miami


West First Round

Lakers 4-1 Defeats Utah

Denver 4-2 Defeats Dallas

Houston 4-3 Defeats New Orleans

Portland 4-2 Deats San Antonio



My 2 favorite teams Dallas and Houston are the 2 darkhorses i reckon.

The team with the higher Win/Loss record gets home court advantage. (which in the NBA is a HUGE thing).
Teams usually have approx 70% win percentage at home and around 50% win percentage away from home. (Finals teams only)

So Lets assume team A has a higher record than team B then:

Game 1: team A homeground
Game 2: team A homeground

Game 3: team B homeground
Game 4: team B home ground

Game 5: team A homeground (If required)

Game 6: team B homeground (If required)

Game 7: team A homeground.

a little misleading since they're tied with 2 other teams.

Everybody in the west wants to get the Spurs or Rockets in the first round.

I hope Dallas gets the spurs.

I think houston can do some damage, as long as they don't get Utah, they should get out of the first round.
However im pretty sure thats as far as they'll go without Mcgrady.

Most people say "they are boring"

However i disagree they are quite enjoyable to watch.

The fact is, they are basically very good and they've been good for quite a while now.

They've knocked over so many promising western conference teams in the past few years especially the poor suns, thats one of the reasons why i dislike them.

Oh, and MANU GINOBILI, I HATE HIM (for obvious reasons). ah i just remembered why i dislike them so much !

Yes true, Amare Stoudamire has got to be the WORST defender i have ever seen. If they learned to play some sort of defence they would get 60+ wins.

I find it quite shocking that if they were in the East they would be ranked 5th.
