MyStudentAdmin is used for enrolment, checking results and any admin sort of things you need to do while at uni. UTSOnline is used for some of the subjects that you do (not all subjects use UTSOnline but most of them do). Lecturers can post up lecture and tutorial notes, discussion boards, learning materials, and so on. Hope that helps!
