I want to use Mr. Palomar by Italo Calvino (the translated version) for navigating the global. It is relatively short and technique rich. It has a lot of paradigm/philosophical commentry. Just wondering if it fits the criteria. My prescribed texts are Heaney and Alistar MacLeod's Island. For my first related text I chose the surfing documentory Morning of the Earth.
