With belonging, they can specify the number of related texts,

But with Mod C, I have noticed that in recent years, it has been "one related text" and "at least one". My question is, can they specifically ask for "2 related texts" in Module C??

Yes they can ask for more than 1 related text however it has been uncommon.
But who knows, they could ask for more than 1 this year.
