What's the proportion of mature age students in Civil Engineering at UTS?

I jjust finished the TPC and listed Civil at UTS for my first few preferences, so hopefully I'll be starting in '09. I'm just trying to figure out what to expect in terms of the culture at UTS. I imagine there won't be too many 40 year old 1st-year students LOL.

Any other mature age students here in civil?

yeah their are a few mature aged students. there was one in my statics class. id say he was around mid 30's. most of the mature aged students usually keep to themseves, hence they get better marks.

my statics teacher (around 25) went to uni with a mature aged student. the bloke finished his degree with a WAM of 91 point something. LOL

culture isnt all that out to be. you go to class, you go home. might take a break in between classes and head off to the pub. LOL
