Bit confused with this point.

-govern responses (major reports),
is this for international Ottawa + Jakarka Declaration initiatives
or just the Australian reports like the 1998 report?

What Aussie ones do we need to know? There are so many in the text.

From what I know don't we have have to relate the Aust reports to the international WHO intitiatives. (JD + OC)

I would assume, having not looked at the syllabus and remembering from when I did it, you'd be expected to know Ottawa, Jakarta and the 1998 one, and you'd be expected to show how they relate to each other.
E.g. How does the Australian report conform, or relate to the guidelines as set out in the Jakarta Declaration...
