what is the max major or minor i can choose??

min is 1 +minor i think

you can't really do 3 majors, or 2 majors and a minor (officially)
I'm unofficially doing 2 majors in Accounting and International and a minor in Business Law (all my electives will be these, simply because I need to do those law subjects for CA recognition)
