I have been making notes on the dot points of the syllabus and came to the last one, Maintenance of the empire: Amenhotep II, Thutmose IV, and am a bit confused. What extra information/issues/debates/themes are associated with this one other than what Amenhotep II and Thut IV did or contributed? What i mean is, why is there an overlap in the dot points i.e 'role and contribution of each pharaoh' and this one, is there something i'm missing, what should i be know to cover this point of the syllabus? Any help would be really appreciated, thanks heaps!!

It's almost like a repeat of the 'role and contributions' dot point. Just remember to put emphasis on how there were less military campigns and there was a focus on diplomacy, particualrly in Thutmose IV's reign.

Oh ok, thanks for that. So it's mostly a repeat of 'the role ond contribution' section
