macs and pirated software (1 Viewer)

is it impossible to put pirated software on macs?
like word and stuff?

and what about movies of torrent or whatever?

im looking to buy a new laptop and i want a mac
im so clueless about the whole thing
but i know i want those things.
and i dont want to pay lol

any advice??
