I got an UAI of 84.15, but Monash Mechatronics engineering required 85, do u think I have the chance to be accepted???

actually you wouldnt have got into any engineering at monash clayton. mechatronics had a cutoff >90, general stream was 88.20 and Aero was ~94. You might have had luck if you got just below the clearly-in and got in via the fringe depending on what subjects you did in yr12 but you fall below the fringe enter as well so yeah...
