does anyone know any good place to study an asian language (cn,jp,kr)? (beginner, medium, adv.)

uni or tafe?

my brother is studying Chinese, Japanese and Korean at uni, and i'll probably be studying Chinese and Japanese as an elective when i'm in uni too. But, i guess you could study a language anywhere, really. But, it'll be uni for me. And my brother was a complete beginner for all of those language before he started them, and now he's pretty good at all of them, so i guess uni is a good place to learn a language.
