Differentiate the curve, make it equal to 6 (since it is parallel) and solve for x

$\\ y' = 3 e^{3x} = 6 \\\\ e^{3x} = 2 \\\\ 3x = \ln (2) \\\\ x = \frac{\ln(2)}{3}$
