Locus and Parabola- Is it on the hsc?
(ie chords and latus rectums and stuff)

yeah, anything from yr 11 and 12 can b on there, and thats from yr 12 so yeah

i hate locus though

ur teacher would be the best person to ask there. i am not sure that locus is in the 2u course

edit: if u have done it in 2u in the last 2 years, than yes it will be in the hsc

yep. even if they don't ask you a direct question about it, they may refer to it and you need to know what it is.

just learn it. it makes you sound smrt.

Yes, we did learn it in the last 2 yes so ill just hedge my bets

Although as for making me sound smart - Latus Rectums? Sounds like something from the pop up Karma sutra to me

yeh it will be, since its year 11 work it will be tested,
i think around abt 30% of the HSc itself is prelim work

locus there is usually on there and parabola is a graph that u need to know because they always ask about it some how indirectly like go through past papers
