Life and Crime of Harry Lavender Speech (1 Viewer)

So here is the problem:
were expected to add ALL main voices of the text of 'Life and Crimes of Harry Lavender' + a related text into a speech of about 3-4 minutes ONLY!.
now - every-time i give a draft to my teacher, and so does many other students, which fit the time limit, she writes 'add more quotes + techniques'.
now does she know the time limit i wouldn't have a clue..
but i think it is quite impossible to fit all this information in 4 minutes with it being enough detailed - give me your opinion

ALSO:
Is it right to take a risk in your HSC and only put the voice of Claudia and Sydney + the related text because it does cover criteria of :
- Character
- Narrator
- Setting

ask her again... what is the time limit, and say that it is 4 mins if it is wrong. also a speech is supposed to be concise as possible thus short.
it is not a risk, as long you covered everything in the criteria with at least 2 texts and 3~4 voices you should be fine.
