The senior lecturer for Torts is Ross Anderson, and my "substitute tutor" is Barbara Macdonald. Its so funny having her refer to the book and knowing she wrote it...no wonder the names of the cases roll off her tongue. *argh* hard to keep up

I could give you a casenote for an irritating Canadian judgment regarding sexual battery and exclusion clauses in insurance contracts (Non-marine Underwriters, Lloyd's of London v Scalera).
Generally I don't do entire casenotes on the judgments we study in class... more like a half-page cheat sheet instead.
