It was a business report, one of the issues it stated was that "the staff (including the previous CEO) are relatively young, many of whom seem to be unsure about their precise role and responsbility within the business..

The proper strategy to use would be to use autocratic (leadership) styles HOWEVER i accidently put training and development, and explained that by training them, the staff will be better skilled etc...

is this right/wrong/suggestions?

Did it ask for a specific leadership style or just a strategy overall?

If it's asking for general HR strategies then as long as you argued it well and put the reasons forward onto why training and development is appropriate for the business it should be fine.

Well im repeating business studies, i accelerated it last year and got 87

HR is the most easiest chapter you just need to understand that its different to the other chapters as there is an "effectiveness' part.

This is because for operations, you can measure the effectiveness through production levels, marketing through sales, and finance through profitability, but you just can't measure an employees "effectiveness". Thats why we have this extra chapter.

Its pretty straightforward if you understand it like this, business studies is ALL common sense, just sorted out into definitions , you should do fine man

That must be why my teachers chose to do it last.

Seeing as you accelerated, you must remember a lot of the content already? I'm aiming for 95 + for business, might be able to pull it off but we'll see. Good luck man.
