Would not really be my idea of a holiday you would take a friend on. But thats just my opinion.

hey hows it goin? tokyo....thats wierd - i wouldnt go by myself id get lost real easy, did u hear that emma g won the schoolies cruise prize so she gets her ticket free and 19 other friends can go free to (and theyre like $1700 or sumthin each)

yeah, the schoolies P&P cruise - i duno where they go but its sold out now. theres a few ppl from school goin - theres stuff bout it in the schoolies forum....:uhhuh:

Yeah, is it actually completely solo? or are you going with family etc?

Well i am leaving to Tokyo by myself - then staying there for about a week alone. Then my family are flying into Osaka - so i will trek across the country & meet them there. From there we are going upto Kyoto for a short while, then going back to Tokyo for a short while then flying to New York.

So its a little of column A & of column B.
Really, my "schoolies" week is alone by myself in Tokyo, after that tho i will rendezvous with them for the rest of the holiday.

Reasons: Well, none in particular. I love Japan, its nature, its culture & the complete contrasts of these, the ultimate urban environm,ent it presents.
I have been teaching myself Japanese in prep, so i spose that is amplifying it.
But really - it's just for something completely different and an experience of true exploration. I can't wait for the chaos of being completely lost in the biggest city in the world, with not fully knowing the language, and not knowing anyone. Heheh
