is uow a good law school (1 Viewer)

hey peeps i have no other option (personal) than to go to uow if i were to stuidy law. previously was recommended to study at one of the GO8 unis but thats not an option.

so should i do law at uow or scrap law and do commerce?

Never studied law but Sydney has a much larger market for lawyers. Having the same volume of law at UoW doesn't compare. I have heard on the grapevine that the larger law companies are more likely to select students from their local universities (UNSW / USyd).
If you are determined to succeed in law, you will be able to gain a job in any region. It takes time but do a degree you will be happy with and able to focus on for 4-5 years.
