Hi,

In year 11 my scaled marks in bio was about 5% higher than in physics. However, I've heard biology in year 12 is really content rich and all memorisation which isn't good at?

Should I do biology even though I have a poor memory, or do physics even though I did a bit worse in it? I can only do one

Bio is certainly not scaled higher than physics. Its very very content heavy.
However on the upside its easier than physics for most people and mainly requires rote learning unlike physics which actually asks you to have a more conceptual understanding.
