they so do have an advantage! theres like, 4 ancienters in our class and the rest are all modern. at first they were all 'oh, we dont understand this either, its no advantage studying modern', but of course now they admit it really is. theyve only got to learn the theory bout the historians and contrasting opinions, weve got to know all the same stuff as well as learning in depth bout what actually happened. my teacher assured me that its no advantage to them having studied the period between the wars in class...yeah right...whatever hes on i want some!
