Hi

Is a TAFE Barista Course worthwhile? I plan to work part-time during university. Has anyone found the TAFE course enhance their employment opportunities?

tafe courses are worthwhile. Inb4Judgement; I did a TAFE course in the holidays after the HSC and I use it now to get money. Plus say you apply at mcdonalds or something, then you are more "likely" to find work because the manager/boss doesn't have to train you

and you don't have to ask people "do you want fries with that"

Pretty sure any extra training or courses are beneficial. I mean, even if it isn't really relevant it shows that you're willing to learn skills instead of sitting around and playing games or whatnot instead.
