This is a message to Introduction to Business Law students. I am running mentoring sessions this semester for Parramatta students (and students who may be on Parramatta campus).

Mentoring is designed to facilitate you through your studies, open up networks and really tackle some of the issues that may be on your mind, such as being a new student, the tricky bits of the law and expanding your networks.

I intend to make it is helpful as possible so I would like to just see what kind of time you prefer. I am have planned on mentoring on Thursdays after 1pm (perhaps 1-2). Any objections or thoughts would be great.

Please contact me if you need any more info (adamopjon@optusnet.com.au) or you can post general questions here.

My friend is doing intro to business law - she hates it so far, cause she does the same tourism course as me, so its really hard to pick up on some stuff. She was complaining about it all day today, lol.

Rings a lot of bells. You can always pass on our info on mentoring, hopefully we can turn that around.

I attained a High Distinction. The unit is relatively simple, however there is a lot of content and skill that you may not be used to, which usually ties students up.

We would love to have you there. Even if you are an evening student, mentoring is about a relxaed environment where we work together to tackle some of the issues you face in the unit. I highly recommend it.

I do Intro to Business Law, but at Blacktown.

Could you still help me if i have problems?

If you can make it to parra would be better lol

I can still advise via this website, my role as a mentor is only to assist you in the right direction. As the trainer said it: "I can show you how to fish, then you will have food for the rest of your life."

nah i will seriously consider it... i mean.. its all basic stuff... and the majority of the corse is introduction which is common sense once you get the structure of the whol shiznit down... but theres nothing wrong with chuckin some ideas around - a fresh perspective will make you feel a lot more confident in expressing yourself in exams and what not. ..

i would genuinly drop by to have a little chat... cause im doing nothing at the time.. and ive done the 3 years bludging at UTS, so im a somewhat of a reformed straightandnarrow kid now :p

larf i went on the library tour today too... it was acutally worth it.. i just wanted to know how to find a book reference... and she ropped me into an hourrrrrrrrrrrrrr long tour...
