Hi guys, not too sure if this has been posted or if I'm in the right section but here we go:
I'm currently sitting the HSC in 2013 and intend on going to university in 2014 so here's a couple of questions:
Due to my location I will have to leave my area in order to go to uni.. this poses the major benefit of being able to go to uni pretty much anywhere, how does interstate admission work? I know different states have different bodies in which you apply through e.g. qtac, uac etc and I understand there is a maximum of 6 course/location combinations for UAC but does that count for interstate as well? For example can I effectively apply for 6 university/course combinations per state? I don't want to do this but I'm currently looking at moving to Canberra, Adelaide or Townsville (Townsville because I have family there and no other reason).
Second question, roughly when do applications for 2014 open?
Thanks guys.
