what degree is suitable for me?
First, you should look into the difference between 'management in business' and finance.
Management concerns all affairs related to organising, leading and directing a business entity. You would be looking at things like managing human capital (your workers) and deciding on the general direction of your group or business.
Finance is related but not limited to:
Raising capital for businesses, capital budgeting, financial management, risk management and wealth management.
The interesting paradox is that you may be more likely to become a 'manager' by doing Finance than management.
