Integrate f'(x) to get (f(x) = 2x^3/3+3x^2/2-6x+C) and then because f(1)=3, you let 3 = the integral with 1 subbed in for the x's and find C.

From your posts @lolzlolz I think a word of advice is to continue practising these concepts until they become second nature. The reason you struggle is that you forget the building blocks that are used to construct the formulas. No worries develop an understanding of why these formulas work and know why it is the case through visual means and you will be solid as a rock in mathematics.
