Considering doing industrial design at university most likely newcastle, and would like peoples opinions on the course, not neccessarily of those studying at newcastle though, what are employment prospects like, how difficult is the course/workload, is it fun, i think i would enjoy from what ive read but do not want to spend 4 years on a degree that will lead me to unemployment.

Industrial design is not a half bad course but employment is a bit difficult and may people do use their skills else where because it isn't a "hard" course
