but want to see if you get any offers in the main and late round, do you HAVE to either decline or accept the offer before main round and late rounds commence??

It has been awhile since I was really into this stuff but from memory.

If you get offered your first perference in any of the rounds I don't think you get any other offers as since it's your first it would be what you most want to do. If I was you I would order your perferences exactly how much you want to get into that course and see what happens.
