If you are a domestic, Australian Citizen and finish 1 bachehelor degree under CSP, are you able to complete another bachelor degree (NOT A DOUBLE DEGREE) under CSP or as a full-fee place.

Yes, you can.

I finished my Bachelor's and original enrolled in another Bachelor's under CSP. I'm currently doing my Masters in a CSP.

They're looking at capping the total amount of you can borrow under HECs to $104,440 from 2020. So long as you're under that, you should be fine.
