I&S 19th Century Texts (1 Viewer)

hey everyone,

was wondering if anyone knew any good 19th century texts that reflect the ways of thinking during that period.
ive got to find a novel, poem, non-fiction texts and one other type.
I'm thinking of looking at Dickens "a mutual freind" and vanity fair, they both really long, even longer than harry potter 5!!! and im not the fastest reader so yeah and poem is taking awhile.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

had a another look at the forums, and just realised that there are heaps supplementary texts ppl have already suggested...thanks to all of them
