HSC Extension English scaling (1 Viewer)

How would a raw exam mark of say 43 scale for HSC Extension English? Would it be around 45-46?

They only scale it after it's been combined with your moderated internal mark (I think), so depending on your rank, the overall mark could go up or down before it's scaled. I'm not too sure about how well it scales though.

A mark of 43 would get a 48 !! i know somebody who got a raw mark of 39.5 and got 47.

Nope, they are each aligned seperately. I'd say Johnny1996 is around the right figure, but there arent any raw marks above 40 in the raw mark database so im not sure.
