I accidently stumbled on the information for the HSC advice line yesterday. But i can't for the life of me find the website again (so i obviously can't post the link), but luckily i saved the info so here it is.

And i quote...
HSC Advice Line

The HSC Advice Line is a telephone service that provides course assistance and support from experienced teachers in 19 of the most popular HSC courses. The Advice Line will be open from Saturday, 17 October to Thursday, 5 November 2009.
Call the Advice Line on 13 11 12 (for just 25 cents) and give the operator your student number, the course name and a summary of your question. The operator will put you through to the next available Adviser for that course. During very busy or off-peak times, you may be placed on a priority queue for callback later on the same day. You can call the Advice Line during the afternoon or evening, as well as all weekend. The Advice Line timetable is printed below.
The HSC Advice Line opens on Saturday, 17 October 2009.
