How to memorise quotes when the essay topic is unknown? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

So my English AOS exam is tomorrow morning (you have full permission to laugh at me for leaving this so late), and I'm having trouble preparing for the essay.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to select and memorise quotes from prescribed and other related texts when you don't know the essay question? Should I just choose really generalised ones?

Pick quotes that can have multiple ideas extrapolated for or if you have an idea ready, pick quotes to substantiate the idea
