We just finished the topic for year eleven and I don’t get any of it despite trying so ridiculously hard
I know it’s something you can only learn by yourself but is there anyone that was particularly good at it and could tutor me in it perhaps

For me the most difficult thing about probability/counting is that you have almost no idea whether you're right or wrong, and there's so many sources of error, such as double counting and leaving out some cases. Experience is ultimately the best way to overcome those issues.

I find it helpful to attempt hard questions and look at their solutions. It gives me useful insight into how to approach problems and how to model my solutions.

Anyway, i am facing same problems, i think its hard for the teacher to explain? I get a bit of it, but again when i look at questions i sometimes zone out
