so far my marks for internals are around 70%

I really want a band 6 in bio ... is it still possible if i study really hard for the externals?

Without a doubt you can achieve a band 6 if you study well for the externals. In another sense, don't be too disheartened by your current mark. Your teacher may mark harder than others, so in reality you are most likely higher than you believe.
