How to get rid of Banners in Photos... (1 Viewer)

problems problems. i needa get rid of those little banner things in photos, when you get em off the net, they always have that copy right crap right across the middle of the picture. i'll post up an example, its extremely annoying and i wanna know how to get rid of it, or how to edit it out. anyone, please help.


the below pic: i wanna get rid of the thing in the middle saying "abhishekonline.net"

Watermarks are generally put into images so that the original author is recognised etc etc, and are not really meant to be removed.

but see that's the thing. that site isn't the original owner of the pic. they take it from various sources and copyright it....i wana get rid of the banner.

Its virtually impossible, as the image does not retain what is underneath the watermark

The work involved is usually too great to be worthwhile. If you have photoshop you could use things such as the clone tool etc
