hey guys

I am interested in the composition, design, caliber of different types of firearms
i would like to design one in the future or have a career that would enable me to be around the design of firearms everyday

Does anyone know if there is a course i can do in university to pursue this type of career?

would it be in the department of engineering ? im not sure

Personally, i think the future of weapons will be with biological agents etc. Not guns

EDIT: However, a double degree in something like Physics and Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering, depending onw hat exactly you want to do.
