Nah 10's too much. I think between 8.5 - 9 should be enough !
Also depends on how long u sleep on a regular basis.

8 hours a day for adults

but lets say 8-9 to be safe.

I usually feel great on around 7.

Less I feel good for a bit and then struggle, and more I feel crap when I wake up.

It varies, tbh I myself function at full capacity if I get about 6, I love sleeping in but I don't at the same time because it's such a waste of time.

If I get any more than 9~ I'll feel lazy all day, like today, 1-10:30 or there abouts

well the fitter you are the less sleep you can get away with. so it really depends on you level of fitness.

at least 6 i think, more is better

but i always wake up feeling like shit anyway and i have no idea why

full capacity... probably just over 8

i function on zombie mode with 3-4 hours asleep at work
