How is your PIP layed out? As in chapter headings? (1 Viewer)

So basically im almost done with my PIP but im stuck on somthing extremely insignifcant when it comes to the tittle layout. When YOU have started lets say chapter 2, have you made a heading for it as "Chapter2" or did you just make a heading called "central material" at the beggining and go from there?

PS: Same goes for "Log & Conclusion etc."
