how important is internal exams/ranks/marks (1 Viewer)

so.... i started the year strong and steady - well not steady anymore I dropped like 20 ranks from 1 -> 20 which is not great for both subjects of physics and chemistry, I do not go to a selective school or top 50, I was aiming for like a 99+ atar and both tasks were 25% of weighting so I'm wondering if there's any way I could go back to being first or like ....

internal ranks are very important and all u can realistically do now is try hard to bring ur rank up to something reasonable and do as well as u can in externals
