Okay, I do 12 units at school, 2 of those are photography so obviously they dont count, but I still have 10 counting units. I just typed in the percentages I got, most of which between 50-70 (except one 27) and it comes up, all blunt 30s and a warning of "You have less than 10 units".. Does anyone know whats going on with that? lol

Can you list us a list of the subjects and their marks that you entered?

Also, you do not simply put in the marks you received at school into the SAM calculator.

Your raw school assessment marks are completely independent of your potential aligned HSC marks.

You should use the Board's Standards Packages to estimate your aligned marks.

Is there 2003 standards packages (newest) available on BoredOS?

There are no more standard packages being produced.

The main reason is the 2001/2002 standards have already been produced and can be viewed by students who purchases them. So it really isn't necesarry to make another as you can use the 2002 standards packages as a guide.

did the people you asked have any justification of their words?

the scaling will not change dramatically over years.

Uhh, I might point out that SAM wasn't created until this year...

Any students from previous years obviously couldn't have used it during their HSC.

Links to other comparisons have already been provided.

i guess they were prolly refering to UAIseeker then...
which acctually had a prediction feature (abiet a really dodgy one, due to the changes between 2001 and 2002 hsc).

dude your not gonna get much more than that if your marks continue like that, i mean 27% in general maths, which is scaled down... that's terrible

I changed my profile and punched in the numbers you gave us... i got a UAI of 40.10. There was no shortage of units!?

Also, how do you use the Board's Standards Packages to predict your aligned hsc mark?

Anyway, how the hell are you failing general maths...?!
