Just got my mid-year exam results back:
• A for Legal Studies
• A for Geography
• B for Science
• B for Food Technology
• D+ for English
• UG for Methods (JUST failed -.-)

What subjects did you undertake for semester one? How did you go? Do you believe you chose the right subjects that are suited to your capabilities? Did you study? What would you go back and change if you were to do it all again?

My rankings for my half-yearly's were pretty good since I placed top 10 in most of my subjects (except Mathematics as I came 12th & English since we didn't have an exam due to the fact we had two assessments prior exam time) but I can't help think that I could of done a bit better since my average mark was 77%

B for Business Studies
B for Legal Studies (which I somehow became top in the grade)
B for Chemistry
C for Mathematics (2U) (well, I did better than the rest of my class)
B for Photography

I'm debating on whether I still want to do Chemistry or not because I lost interest in the subject a few months into the course as it got too stressful and learning all the formulas and properties off by heart was confusing (I still can't grasp the concept of balancing equations but I'll get there eventually). With Business Studies I've basically aced every section of my paper (20/20 for multiple choice - lucky?) except when I got to the business report my mind froze and everything went downhill there but luckily I did well in the rest of the paper.
